Texto da afirmação de saúde vs. fatores publicados da FDA/FTC para marcas de suplementos e equipes de produto

Methodology: FDA/FTC claim rules · disclaimer logic · human review

Paste your supplement or wellness marketing wording before it ships. Get a scored pre-check report — is it a disease “treats/cures/prevents” claim (an unapproved-drug line), a structure/function claim missing the mandatory 101.93 disclaimer, a “clinically proven” cue with no named study, an absolute like “no side effects”, or an implied “FDA approved” — based on 21 CFR 101.93 and the FTC health-claim framework. A heads-up, not a legal opinion.

1. What the engine owns

Severity-ranked findings from pasted supplement / wellness claim wording against heuristics derived from 21 CFR 101.93 (structure/function statements and their mandatory disclaimer) and the FTC health-claim substantiation framework. Check families: disease-claim boundary (a supplement that treats / cures / prevents / mitigates a named disease — the drug-vs-supplement line, always high, not fixed by a disclaimer); structure/function statements missing the 101.93(c) disclaimer; unsubstantiated "clinically proven / studies show" cues; absolute or overbroad wording ("no side effects", "100% safe", "miracle") and implied "FDA approved"; and nutrient-content / wellness advisories that never invent trial results. Scores dock per HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW finding (advisories never dock); the rule snapshot is dated by the engine version — it is not synced with regulator pages in real time. Demo is labelled Rule-based — never silent mock.

2. What optional AI may do

Explain or polish findings when a key is configured. Upstream failure returns 502. No invented findings, no quotes from copy you did not paste, no trial, lab or certification lookup the engine did not run.

3. What you must do

  • Review findings against your own trials, lab reports and registrations — only you know whether a "proven" cue, a nutrient amount or a structure/function claim is substantiable.
  • Apply fixes in your own labels, ads and pages — HealthPrecheck never publishes or connects to retailer or FDA portals.
  • Treat output as decision-support, not a health-claims certification or legal advice.

4. What we deliberately do not do

  • Clinical-trial review, lab testing, facility-registration lookup or nutrient-threshold verification — those facts live outside the pasted text.
  • Continuous monitoring of live product pages or automated publishing.
  • Compliance probabilities or enforcement-prediction numbers — outside the regulator nobody can compute what it will decide.
  • Legal review — 101.93 checks read claim wording patterns, not your full obligations. Non-US regimes appear as labeled advisories only; regulated campaigns need a qualified professional.

Heuristic pre-check — not a health-claims certification or legal advice. No clinical-trial, lab, facility-registration or FDA-record verification and no enforcement prediction performed.
